Who We Are

The people behind the name

Key & Hammer Builders is your one-stop shop to buy, fix, and sell homes across the Denver metro and Front Range. The company brings together two people who know real estate from opposite sides of the wall: Lina Krylova and John Lennon.

Lina Krylova

Co-Owner

Lina has been flipping properties for more than 20 years. Over that time she has learned what buyers are looking for, what the market will pay for, and what turns a house into a home. She sees a property's potential the moment she walks in, and she plans each project to bring that out, from the layout to the finishes, so it's built to sell or made to live in.

John Lennon

Co-Owner

John has spent his career in the trades and works with Uncle Johnny's Heating and Air, delivering everything from home comfort upgrades to multifamily and new-build HVAC for builders across Denver. He knows what's behind the walls, how a project gets permitted and inspected, and why the details hidden behind the drywall matter as much as the finishes in front of it.

Together they cover every step: finding the right property, planning the vision, managing the build, and delivering a finished home. Key & Hammer is built for homeowners, investors, and buyers who want one trusted team that handles it all, with Lina's eye for what sells and John's hands-on build knowledge behind it.

Named for the two halves of the job: the key to the home and the hammer that builds it.
